The Century Group’s maintenance team are equipped and skilled to undertake any job large or small and currently service property portfolios for; Commercial businesses, Commercial and Residential Landlords and Managing Agents, however we do not provide works to private residential customers.

Commercial Office Maintenance
Our Maintenance team are fully skilled and equipped to keep your office environment in full working order. They can attend site and service, install new or replace old as and when required.

  • Some of the typical jobs our office maintenance team will complete for our current customers are:
  • Internal and exterior, painting and decorating including ceiling and wall repairs.
  • Repairs to doors, windows, flooring and re-securing of banisters
  • Installation and servicing of desks and pedestal drawer units
  • Installation or moving of whiteboards/notice boards
  • Installation of office racking and internal removals
  • Installation or moving of clocks and pictures
  • Installation of Personal Protective Equipment Dispensers including: alcohol gel dispensers, ear & eye defenders and protective shoe covers

  • Complete washroom hygiene installations including; Tiling, New mirrors, Soap dispensers, Toilet roll dispensers, Hand towel dispensers, Air fresheners and Door locks
  • Servicing of toilets, cubicles, urinal systems and sinks
  • Assembly and Installation of restroom/refreshment facilities and outdoor seating
  • Portable Appliance testing (PAT Testing)
  • Car park maintenance to include cutting out and filling of potholes
  • Office window cleaning
  • Office carpet cleaning

Residential Maintenance
Our Residential Maintenance team work in the community often on behalf of letting agents, property landlords and management companies. Whilst working to the highest standards they are courteous and polite towards the tenants needs and are fully skilled and equipped to deal with a broad range of tasks expected.
